Capital Construction Department is the functional organization of school infrastructure construction, on behalf of the school, it serves to provide best infrastructure for the development of the school under the guide of national laws and regulations, it organizes and implements constructions of teaching and scientific research buildings, logistics buildings, public facility construction and campus road construction by using national financial appropriation and school self-finance.

Capital Construction Department is combined with two offices, one is Construction Management Office, and the other is General Management Office.it has 8 officers, there are 6 professionals & technical (one senior engineer, three engineer and two assistant engineer), all of the eight officers have college degree or above, and two of the eight have master’s degree.
